what better place to teach your kid to polka than with the locals at the Polish Festival! Love love these moments!!!! Some of my favorite memories of Mike’s Mom & Dad are of them dancing the polka with all of us kids gathered around grinning at their joy together before we all joined in pairing off to include all the family young and old at family celebrations!. There is a Moulton tradition to keep up… Moulton men got some moves! So much fun to dance with and here comes the next generation!

Happy Birthday For Mike
had a great day… Breakfast at a local diner and a ride through the mountains to Williams College for a visit; Art Museum with Andy Warhol Exhibit (very cool). Judy came late afternoon from NY and we picked up Bryce for a family birthday dinner. We ate at the Gypsy Joynt , wandered around Great Barrington a bit and then took Bryce back to the university. Having us all together tonight was the best gift for Mike! We are so blessed! Wishing you a wonderful next year babe!
Mount Greylock
mike and I spent the entire day hiking on Mount Greylock! Beautiful nature, layed on the rocks in the sun for a rest at the top, picked wild blueberries in the berry bogs during an unexpected rain storm, and covered a portion of the Appalatian Trail. Awesome day together. We came home, cleaned up, turned on the music and made an awesome Italian dinner together. Great day!
BERKSHIRES
made it to the Bershires where we will be for about a month. We love the lake cottage and went to tour the area and the campus last night. Spent a great morning together and then dropped Bryce at his writer’s workshop. Mike and I stopped for a coffee and then caught “”Hairspray” at a theater in New York..
Week in ROCHESTER
NEW YORK
Delmar, MARYLAND
Started the day with coffee on the porch swing looking over the ocean and catching a few Rays. We had to try Duck Donuts and they were amazingly good! Stopped in at Kotty Hawk to check out where Orville and Wilbur Wright used to “play flying”! Cool! Then drove over the Cheasapeak Bay, just past Salsbury Maryland to re-visit a crab house that mike and I came to years ago! They pour all the boiled blue crabs right out on the table along with shrimp, chicken, clams, and corn…. Oh my! It was so much fun watching Bryce enjoy!
OuterBanks, NORTH CAROLINA
a day full of feet out the windows, blaring rock and roll, singing, car dancing, and laughter… I adore my guys! We decided on the outer banks of North Carolina as our destination today. Staying at the historic First Colony Inn. Late afternoon walk on the beach to a local seafood haunt for she crab soup and clams while cheering loudly for the U.S. Women’s soccer in semi-finals… We won! Celebrated by going crabbing on the beach before bed. Night cap on the veranda in the swing with a beautiful moon and a soft ocean breeze…
