So excited that NSU will be partnering with KCM for exchange agreement. 

Found music and great food in Thamel tonight but mostly enjoyed just hanging out in the music with my kid. He just makes himself right at home… sat and played music with a local man willing to teach him a local instrument. 

Bryce asked if the babies could come out and play with bubbles at the end of the day. He handed bubble wands he and mike brought from the US to the teachers and they had so much fun. Bryce kept watching for the littlest ones and moving them to the side and blowing bubbles for them to catch so they wouldn’t miss out. My heart overflows. 

The little ones all follow him around begging him to teach them some science. So so cute. He doesn’t take breaks because he fits in mini lessons for the younger kids. 

Yep! You heard it here! Chemical reactions. 

Who knew?!?! I got to the school mid afternoon and the kids had made vats of bubbles, spread them on a table and were using their hands to finish challenges using science concepts. They are so much fun to watch. 

Bryce & I really enjoyed the time this evening talking about issues in rural Nepal villages, laughing, and testing all the flavors of cake-in-a-cup following dinner. Thanks Mike for bringing our dessert when you came to Nepal! We got work done for Chitwan and scheduled the MAP  early child development materials to be delivered. Our ENG Girls are lucky to have these three as role models and mentors. Outstanding young women with huge hearts. 

We have known Sima for a long time. She is an ENG girl that is beginning her 4th year in medicine in Bangladesh. She is studying to be a neurosurgeon. She is home for a visit and stopped by Science Week to help. We are so proud of Sima and all our girls! It was wonderful to see you and your mom!
