Late afternoon we decided to tackle the blue room. It is an underwater cave the is stunning on a sunny day as the light filters in. The hike down to the opening is a bit tricky and the water is frigid but if you catch the right time and swim to the back it is worth it! Perfect day today.  

We spent most of the day snorkeling at Tunnels and swimming with sea turtles on the reef. The waves would push them and us around and we had to work hard to not collide. The  day was beautiful and we all have snorkel sun burns. 

Hike to Beautiful Queen’s Bath to watch turtles and go for a dip…my idea of reward for calculating all my grades. 

Our yard has fruit trees and we are loving the fresh mango, papaya, limes, avacados….totally overdosing on tropical fruit and flowers

Beautiful bike ride along the Kauai coast today! 

We waited on Darby with Ohana. Darby never showed but we had great food, games, and lots of laughs! 

Spent the day hanging out to see what tropical storm Darby is going to do. Supposedly crossing directly over Kauai sometime tonight.
