We were able to visit the original chapel, and original dwellings underground that form the foundation of the square. The dwellings are history in levels that have been preserved. Apparently there are many yet untouched under the city. We stood in an original Roman dwelling, an original gothic dwelling, John Huss’s ( Hussite Movement) meeting room, and the cathedral that was saved during the Nazi reign because they plastered over the religious mosaic so it would not be destroyed. It is all so interesting and beyond beautiful.
